Scribe
The scribe has been identified with an anonymous scribe who used to sign his manuscripts by adding "P." or "Finis. P." in the end, active in Rome, and later in Florence for the bookseller Vespasiano da Bisticci (see f. 158r: "Finis P."). On the scribe see de la Mare 1985, 525-526 (below in Bibliography); for the identification see Sideri 2022, 26. The same scribe also wrote another copy of this work, Città del Vaticano, Biblioteca Vaticana, Ott. lat. 1135.
